Pecan and dried apricot notes complete the picture. Cocoa and buttery biscuits dominate in the filter.

We try to get the most out of each coffee, so if something has two roast levels, this level is set for the given device, and the slider shows the espresso level, the filter will be lighter in comparison!

Acidity / Complexity
This acidity is not sourness! Good coffee has complex flavors, so in addition to the acids, there is also sweetness, resulting in a balanced coffee, but it is worth starting with less acidic ones first, we consider them more introductory items.

Flavors
What does vanilla sugar taste like when you hold your nose? Sweet, these are not only the flavors, but also the aromas that we can feel while drinking coffee. We can feel different flavors from a coffee at the beginning when it is hot, and as it cools, different flavors remain on our tongue. Here we highlight these characteristics

AntÎnio and Maria decided to start growing coffee in Carmo de Minas in the early 1970s. They bought 90 hectares of land and began planting the first coffee bushes. While the trees were growing, their two daughters, Maria Valéria and Maria Rogéria, were born.

The sisters started helping out on the farm as children, and when they got married, their husbands joined them to continue the family mission together. When their father died, the girls decided not to split up, but to strengthen their bond. They even changed the name of the farm from SerradĂł to IrmĂŁs Pereira (Pereira Sisters), to show how important sisterhood is to them.

They now specialize in specialty coffees and use new processing techniques. What's really cool is that they dry the coffees in multiple ways - they have three African beds and traditional drying areas, and even customers can choose which method they want.

As Maria Rogéria says: 'Our greatest pride is our sisterhood, and our greatest challenge is to constantly stay innovative. This is what makes our coffee stand out in the market. If we keep up with innovations, we will always be one step ahead.'
